Hi all and welcome to Lex and the City! My name is Alexandra and I am a recent college grad moving to Manhattan to start my career. I have always had a love affair with New York City and am so excited that I will officially be able to call it home.

On this blog you can find all things about my experience as a young professional, fashion and beauty trends I love, and much, much more. I like to think that this blog will be sort of a public journal, a documentation of my entrance into adulthood. Hi there! My name is Alexandra and I started this blog in 2017 when I moved to New York City after college. Here you can find posts about the things that I love including food, fashion, travel and more. When there isn’t a plague I also like to tell poop jokes to strangers in comedy clubs around NYC.
